How do I return an item?
We want you to be satisfied with all items purchased from SHIFENMEI WATCH. If this is not the case, you can return the item within 45 days of receipt, free of charge, through our returns portal.
Your return must be registered within 45 days of receipt.
Your return must be in the original condition and in the original packaging.
Any free product must be returned.
Engraved or damaged products follow a different return policy. *
If you wish to return an item please notify us within 30 days. You have 14 days from the moment you send us a return notice to return the product to us.

Can items be exchanged?
Yes, you can exchange your purchase for another item, as long as the new item is currently available on the site in the desired size, color and length. Once the exchange request has been reviewed and approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you. We offer free standard shipping (both ways) on all exchanges.

The following items cannot be returned.
If the product purchased is defective, please contact us via email within 7 days of the delivery date. We will offer a replacement item or a full refund
In order to complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted: (if applicable)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued. Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us via email.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately special priced items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to give us a gift If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit back equal to your value. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver sends the order to themselves so they can give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be aware of your return.
If you ship an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
