When will my order be shipped?

We strive to provide you with the fasting shipping possible. Most products ship within 48 hours. There are some products that we do not keep in our warehouse and require some additional handling time.

How do I change the time?
To adjust the time, simply pull the watch crown two times. Pulling once allows you to change the date.  

Are your watches water-resistant?
You can wash your hands, walk in the rain, or work out at the gym. That being said, there are some considerations you should take when wearing your watch:

-  Please do not submerge wooden watch into water under any circumstances. Even tough our new models are water resistant , each of our watches have wooden components. Water might cause wood to expand and over time it might lead to cracks.

How do I adjust the band to fit my wrist?
Our watches fit almost any wrist and we are equipped with an adjustment tool.

How do I care for my wooden watch?
Shifenmei watches  are produced with natural and untreated woods. Therefore, our products are hypoallergenic. Because wood is a natural material, it will soak up the moisture from your wrist, which will help the watch to maintain its look.

In order to clean your wooden product, we recommend you to apply a small mixture of olive oil and lemon juice on your product regularly. Just apply a little bit of olive oil and lemon extract on a tissue and rub it on your wooden accessory, make sure to apply it thoroughly. You can use a clean tissue to remove any excess oil.

You may also apply beeswax, lip balm, walnut oil, or little bit of hand cream in order to maintain the natural and beautiful look of your wooden product.

How can I find the status of an order?
Once your package ships we will send you a tracking number. If you have questions about your order, you can email us at shifenmei@hotmail.com

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
We will process your order within 24 hours of receiving your order, during which you can contact us to change or cancel your order. Once this time is exceeded, you need to pay 25% of the fee. If your order has been shipped, we cannot change or cancel the order.

Why have I not got my email confirmation?
There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM folder. If not then please email us and we will amend this for you right away.

What to do if the item you ordered is somehow damaged?
Our Shipping Team will check it very carefully before its delivery. This is why it is very unlikely that your item will be damaged. Nevertheless, if that happens, you must inform our Customer Service immediately through the "Contact Us" Page or sending us a Email to shifenmei@hotmail.com . We offer exchange or refund within 7 days.

Can I remove an item from my order?
We can definitely help you remove an item from an order as long as the order has been shipped yet. We cannot guarantee that the item will be eligible for removal considering the high volume of orders we process and ship on a daily basis. We will try our best to fulfill your request. 

Can I exchange my watch or return it for a refund?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on receipt, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges).  All returns, refunds and exchanges must conform to our official return policy. At SHIFENMEI we guarantee our merchandise and are committed to your satisfaction.

Will I have to pay customs on international orders?
Not all packages shipped internationally are inspected by foreign customs. However, SHIFENMEI is not responsible for additional costs such as duties, VAT, etc. Since customs policies vary from country to country and frequently change, please contact your local customs authority to confirm all potential charges prior to placing an order. Customs charges are levied by your government and are not covered by the cost of shipment from SHIFENMEI. Please note: International orders that are refused by customers are non-refundable.

What if the logistics shows "Delivered" but I did not receive the package?
First, you can ask your family member whether they have signed for the package. If not, please send us an email containing your order number and we will solve the problem for you.
