Placing Orders
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, Discover) as well as PayPal Express Checkout through our website. we do not accept checks or money orders. To learn more about our encryption and security methods, please see our Privacy and Terms page. We ask that you review this information carefully before submitting your order.
If you find an error after submitting your order, please email us at shifenmei@hotmail.com as soon as possible, including your name and order number. Our customer service representative will be happy to work with you to resolve the problem, but if the order has already shipped, you may need to pay additional shipping charges to have the package reshipped to the corrected address.

Order Processing and Availability
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Any orders placed after 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be processed the next business day, excluding holidays. We ship as soon as possible and most orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Friday). Shipping time should be added to that time frame to get the total time to receive your shipment. Our stock levels are constantly changing, so if an item requires additional time before it can be shipped, we will notify you via email.

Note: Delivery time depends on different countries, regions and shipping companies. Please note that we have no control over the shipping process.
