We can ship to almost any address in the world. Please note that certain products have restrictions and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will give you an estimated shipping and delivery date based on the availability of your item and the shipping option you selected. For details, please refer to the logistics and transportation policy.

Please also note that shipments are made within 8-72 hours of payment.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Warranty Period We provide a 12-month warranty period. If you discover any quality issues or manufacturing defects in the product within this period from the date of purchase, we will provide free repair or replacement services. Warranty Coverage This warranty policy only applies to the original purchaser and covers faults or damages caused by material and craftsmanship defects. This warranty policy does not cover the following: Natural wear and tear or normal usage wear Damages caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or abuse of the product Damages caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or improper use Warranty Services If you find any quality issues or manufacturing defects in the product, please contact our customer service team promptly. We will provide the following after-sales services according to the specific situation: Repair: We will provide free repair services, including replacement of parts and labor costs. Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired or the repair cost is too high, we will provide free product replacement services, including delivery of the new product and the retrieval of the old product.
